Rafting on River Cetina

The magnificent canyon of the River Cetina is a widely-known destination for unforgettable adventures because it offers numerous possibilities for an active vacation. Definitely, one of the most popular choices is rafting – an ideal combination of relaxed savoring of the river scenery and exciting venturing of its rapids and waterfalls.

Taste the adventure of yielding yourself to the power of the water flow. On calm, quiet sections of the river you will discover the pristine beauty of the protected River Cetina canyon and its secret caves. In the warm season, you can jump into the crystal-clear river and enjoy carefree floating along the raft. Feel free to relax completely because you will be under the watchful eye of experienced guides who will safely navigate the waterfalls and rapids. After you feed your adventurous spirit, you might as well choose to have a traditional lunch and enjoy local specialties in the top-quality restaurant Radmanove mlinice.

The excursion takes around 3.5 hours. The program includes:

  • Transfer from Omiš or from Radmanove mlinice resort to the rafting starting point
  • Brief instructions on rafting and River Cetina by your skipper
  • Top-quality gear: rafts, helmets, life jackets, neoprene wetsuits and boots
  • 11 km-long rafting down the River Cetina canyon to Radmanove mlinice, with optional swimming in the river
  • Expert guidance (professional guides with Red Cross first aid certificates)
  • A traditional lunch – local specialties in Radmanove mlinice or Kaštil Slanica restaurants – can be included in the program

The excursion can be arranged for groups of 2 to 100 persons.  |  The excursion is suitable for all age groups (children and minors must be accompanied by parents or other responsible adults).  |  We recommend that you bring your shorts and bathing costume, a T-shirt, closed toe sandals or sportswear and some clothes to change after the trip.  |  Insurance is included in the price.  |  Expert guided tours in Croatian, English and German are available (also in other languages, at request).  |  All the above elements of the program are optional; kindly contact us for the final version of the program.
