RESERVATION

When booking travel packages, excursions, transfers, accommodation or other services offered by OMNIVIA, a reservation holder must be aged 18 years or over and has to provide us with their personal data (e.g. name, address, phone number, e-mail address etc.) as well as personal data of other service users (e.g. name, date of birth). Only the data necessary for the provision of the service shall be available exclusively to our partners participating in the provision of tourist services such as travel packages, excursions, transfers, accommodation and other agreed services.

COOKIES

DIGITAL MARKETING

Contact information, such as an e-mail address, is required if the user wishes to receive OMNIVIA promotional material via e-mail and / or newsletter. Promotional materials include information about services, special offers and news.

OMNIVIA shall undertake all security measures to ensure user`s data protection during data input, transfer, processing and storage. Access to data is limited and is available only to employees who need it to perform business activities.

OMNIVIA shall store the personal data that the users have provided by sending an inquiry via contact form and/or by filling out online questionnaires for tailor- made programmes and accommodation as long as the website is active. Such data will be destroyed following the deactivation of the website at the latest.
