Each program can be further customized to meet specific requests or, if necessary, to include additional activities such as lunch, dinner or overnight stay.

RAFTING ON RIVER CETINA
Dynamic rafting trip in which relaxing floating down the quiet sections of the river alternates with the exciting rush down its waterfalls and rapids. Safe and entertaining experience for all generations. Expert guides provide maximum security.
HIKING TO FORTICA FORTRESS
Hiking from Omiš to Fortica Fortress, 303 meters above sea-level in the Dinara Mountain. Beautiful vistas of Omiš, most of Poljica, River Cetina canyon, Brač Channel and islands of Brač, Hvar and Šolta. Tour of the fortress.
RIVER AND SEA BY KAYAK
A relaxing and entertaining excursion. Kayaking from Radmanove mlinice resort to Omiš. Mask-and-snorkel sightseeing of shipwreck only a few meters deep. Video recordings and photographs after excursion included.
CULINARY WORKSHOP: BREAD UNDER BAKING LID
Workshop on making bread under baking lid in ambience of River Cetina canyon. Learning about culinary heritage. Mentored making of traditional bread in renowned 19th-century water-mill-turned-restaurant.

Hiking from Omiš through a gorge to the village of Naklice and along “Way of the Cross” to Church of Our Lady of the Snows 406 meters above sea-level. Beautiful vista of Omiš and Dalmatian islands and history of central Poljica.
PIRATES’ NIGHT IN THE CETINA CANYON
Encounter with centuries-old tradition of Omiš pirates. Boat ride from Omiš to Kaštil Slanica and fighting pirates on River Cetina. Pirate games and dances with plentiful dinner – food once enjoyed by Omiš pirates.
SCENIC BOAT TRIP
Savor the diverse scenic beauties of the Cetina canyon by taking a relaxed upstream boat ride from Omiš to Radmanove mlinice or Kaštil Slanica, with the option of enjoying local specialties for lunch. It is also a great opportunity for taking great photos.

Exciting story about Dalmatian origin of zinfandel, the most popular wine variety in America. Tasting of top-quality wines of same vintage but from various winemakers, with sommelier guidance. Learning about wine tasting and selection.

Search for Dalmatia’s lost wine varieties. Presentation and tasting of wines made from native grape varieties, cultivated in Dalmatian vineyards for centuries. Learning about wine tasting and selection.

Visit to medieval fortress Mirabela and encounter with Omiš pirate. Scenic motorboat ride up River Cetina canyon. Pirate banquet in restaurant Kaštil Slanica, local specialties once enjoyed by Omiš pirates.

Learning how to make soparnik – traditional specialty of Poljica – under expert mentorship and in authentic setting. Learning about local culinary heritage. Active participation in making soparnik and tasting at the end.
KLAPA MULTIPART-SINGING TRADITION IN OMIŠ
Tour of Omiš and places where klapa multipart-singing was born – taverns, squares and venues of Dalmatian multipart-singing festival. Learning about tradition and origins of klapa multipart-singing and its customs. Visit to klapa multipart-singing multimedia exhibition.
