This six-day trip to the heart of Dalmatia actually leads you deep into its soul. Here, the past is not just a record or an exhibit, but a living reality that is felt at every step. Food is not just a set of ingredients or a recipe, but a treasure passed down through the generations. Tradition shapes lives here. Brunch in a local tavern connects the past and the present, and enjoying local wine reveals the essence of the Dalmatian climate. In Split – a city that lives in the rhythm of spontaneous encounters – coffee on the Riva is a ritual, and a walk through its historic streets reveals why it is so special.

The trip can be realized for a duration of 6 days. The framework program of activities includes:

Day 1: Craft beer tasting, dinner, check-in

2nd day: Presentation of the making of soparnik with tasting, visit to the historical museum of Poljica, guided tour by Mila Gojsalić

3rd day: Sightseeing in Omiš on the topic of klapa singing (UNESCO), visit to the multimedia exhibition of Dalmatian klapa and getting to know the tradition of klapa singing and the history of the Omiš festival, brunch in a local tavern, wine tasting of autochthonous varieties of Dalmatia

Day 4: Tour of Split (Diocletian’s Palace – UNESCO) on the topic of Split mentality, visit to the Poljud stadium or culinary workshop under the mentorship of a chef on the topic of Mediterranean food and lunch

Day 5: Optional activities chosen from the agency’s offer or free time

Day 6: Check-out from the accommodation
