Over the millennia, the River Cetina cut a magnificent canyon on its way to the sea. Roaring through the gorge, it cast its accumulated water power on the mill-wheels along the river. This is why the water-mill on this location, where the river rapids become a quiet stream, is first mentioned as early as in the 17th and 18th centuries. Radmanove mlinice thrived in the 19th century.
Today it is a restaurant and a resort where the shade of tall trees, stone mill wheels and a sundial evoke the spirit of the days long gone.
The culinary workshop on making bread under baking lid takes place in the original setting, using the recipes of the ancestors, with fire crackling in the smoking hearth. Under the mentorship of the hostess, guests can learn the little secrets of the trade, resulting in delicious bread and lovely memories.
