Quality Confirmed

The ISO 9001:2008 certificates were presented to the UHPA professional association and its forty members at a ceremony that took place on 8 September 2014. The certificates were presented by Minister of Tourism Darko Lorencin. OMNIVIA was one of the agencies that introduced the ISO international standard quality management system in their business operation.

For us, the implementation of the ISO quality system means constant improvement of our business, training of our employees and quality of our services. While it has always been our mission, the certificate only underlines our commitment to the fulfillment of the wishes and needs of our clients and service users.

UHPA launched the ISO certification project in 2012, in cooperation with the Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance, a leading provider of assurance services. Having introduced the ISO quality management system, UHPA has become the first professional tourism association in Croatia with such a certificate and one of very few tourist agencies in Europe and in the world whose members have obtained this certificate by working together.
