OMNIVIA Specialized for Destination Tourism
We started specializing in destination management and food & wine tourism in 2014 when we took part in the training organized by UHPA – the Association of Croatian Travel Agencies. Today, after years of defining of its services, OMNIVIA has obtained the UHPA certificate as a destination management company for the Split-Dalmatia tourist region and for food & wine tourism.
These certificates are helpful to our business partners and individual clients when making their choices because they confirm that our past and current business operation meets certain criteria, given our past and current business operation, financial stability, level of quality, competence and lifelong learning of our employees, constant development and innovation of the agency’s programs, socially-responsible business operation and participation in the tourist board system activities. In addition to all that, we have signed a special code of ethics obliging us to do business according to the rules of the trade and treat our clients, colleagues and suppliers in a professional and responsible manner.
