NOTICE ON THE MANNER OF SUBMITTING COMPLAINTS

 

Pursuant to Article 6 of the Act on Provision of Tourism Services and Article 10 (3) of the Consumer Protection Act we hereby inform service users that a written complaint about the quality of contracted services may be submitted in the following manner:

 

– by post: Turistička agencija Omnivia ( Obrt Kaštil Slanica) , Poljički trg 2, 21310 Omiš, Hrvatska

– by personal delivery to the office of the Agency ( Poljički trg 2, 21310 Omiš- Hrvatska)

 

The Agency shall, without delay, acknowledge the receipt of the complaint to the user in writing.
The Agency undertakes to respond to the complaint in writing within 15 days from the day the complaint has been received.

 

Note: When submitting a complaint, please provide your name and surname and the address to which you want us to respond. The above data will be used solely for the processing of the received complaint and will not be used for any other purposes.
