Imagine a trip where your days are filled with delicious bites and unforgettable experiences. An escape from the bland everyday life into a world where flavours, aromas, and sights create rich, immersive experiences, making every moment a memory that awakens all your senses. Now, that’s what you call a “foodie getaway”!

This program will introduce you to three magical Croatian regions and hidden gems of their nature, culture, and culinary offerings. Wandering from fragrant fields and green hills to historic towns and sunny islands, you will discover the world of food and wine in the most authentic way. Local guides and producers will take you on a journey “from field to table”, so you will go on a truffle search deep in the forest, pick olives under the warm sun or asparagus in the silence of the spring. You will taste just-picked garden tomatoes, olive oil of indigenous varieties, and wines that reveal the secrets of the terroir with every sip. You will learn to prepare dishes from the list of intangible heritage of Croatia and enjoy simple yet perfect bites of traditional Dalmatian brunch known as marenda, which will take you back to bygone times.

When it’s time to return home, you will take a special gift with you: a delicious incentive for your next foodie getaway. Because if you didn’t know you were a foodie who needed an occasional getaway, this trip will make you realise that’s exactly who you are.
